LYNDSI PARKER
“I help overwhelmed and anxious moms move through the challenges of motherhood with more confidence, calm, and compassion.”
Hello there, I am Lyndsi, and here is a little ABOUT ME:
I would only survive the busyness of being a mom with my color-coded Google calendar, a warm daily cup of coffee or herbal tea, the occasional rock-hunting adventure in the woods or a good mystery novel!
I’m also a proud mom of two, with a daughter by my side here on earth and my departed son watching over us from above. Not long ago, I was a first-time mom with two babies under two! I know the struggle of losing yourself, doubting your abilities, and not recognizing the woman in the mirror.
After battling postpartum anxiety and depression with both my children, I made it my mission to light the way for fellow moms treading the same rocky path.
Through therapy, self-compassion, and a village of support from friends and family, I found my strength and reclaimed my right to feel enough.
You deserve a more joyful motherhood. Your mental health matters for you and your children. Your baby deserves a more rested and present Mom!
Whether your baby is six days, six weeks, six months, or six years, it is never too late to find your village of support. I would love to be your ally in this wild journey of motherhood.
