Congratulations you are going to be a mom!

You are excited, anxious, and worried. There is a lot to think about now. There is another little person you have to worry about. Post-partum

It is ok to feel confused, overwhelmed, scared, angry, ashamed, selfish, sad and happy…all at the same time. You are probably wondering how all these feelings can be happening all at once. You tell yourself that you are ‘ok’ and you try to convince yourself that the feeling you are having will ‘go away’ soon, and it is not.
